“Wonderful use of space!”

Richard Marfiak spent hours patiently listening to what we wanted when we asked him for designs to merge two separate extensions (1992 and 2013) to our property. His bold suggestion that it would be cheaper to demolish both and start again has resulted in an arresting design. Visitors to the site during the final weeks of our build have all commented on the wonderful use of space and the strikingly effective use of natural light. The dark brick and green roof have also prompted praise. We are very excited at the prospect of living in it.
